Inspired by the Grimm fairy tale Snow White and Rose Red, Rosa and Blanca is the story of a pair of brilliant tween sisters who leave civilization for the deep, dark woods after becoming enraged by the hypocrisy of the civilized world. The girls live in harmony with a variety of woodland creatures, with occasional visits from their city-dwelling mother and a surly dwarf— until one fateful day, a very compelling bear arrives and changes everything.
