It is our general policy not to issue refunds for tickets. Despite this policy, we may elect to, but do not hereby obligate ourselves to, offer you an opportunity to receive a full or partial refund for your purchase, depending upon your individual circumstances. Regular exchanges can be made within 48 hours of the ticketed performance. An exchange fee of $7.00 per ticket will be applied. For member, the exchange fee will be waived. However, there may be an upgrade fee depending on your new performance date. All events that are cancelled for any reason will afford patrons, both subscribers and single ticket holders, the opportunity to make a free exchange for another event date or ticket credit. In the event of a cancellation, The Cherry will contact all ticket holders with instructions about exchange options if they have provided their telephone number or email address.
