Generating Joy
Ithaca Generator shares what they’ve made and encourages you to come learn how to make stuff yourself. We will be hosting workshops on topics such as 3D printing, laser cutting, ceramics, electronics, and fabric arts. Be sure to make a spectacular costume to wear at our end of show party!
Ithaca Generator is like a hive of happy industrious ants, for the past decade the Ithaca Generator “makerspace” has been a hub of creative chaos, a joyful mingling of artists, engineers and wild-eyed mystics. Come by their workshop, located down the street at 233 Cherry St. Workshop tours are Tuesday evenings at 7pm. See ithacagenerator.org for details.
Gallery hours are Saturdays and Sundays, 1–5pm. Free craft activities every Saturday and Sunday 1–3pm between Jan 24 and Mar 8, including printmaking, ceramics, collage, fabric arts, mask making, and more!
